The owner and I had a cordial relationship. One day, as I was leaving, he escorted me toward the back exit. The space was modest\u2014just the front flat in use then. As we stepped out, I found myself facing the wall of the upstairs flat behind the spa. Right there and then, without a script or plan, I knelt down and laid hands on that wall. And I said to him, \u201cYou will get this place. It will become an extension of your business.\u201d POINT 1: PROPHECY IS A DIVINE INVITATION, NOT A GUARANTEE<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bretheren, hear me: When God sends a prophetic word, it is not a casual suggestion\u2014it is a divine opportunity. But opportunity is time-sensitive. POINT 2: WHEN YOU OBEY, GOD BACKS YOUR STEP<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Let me share another experience that still humbles me. On getting to the site where i was going, I turned to the engineer in charge and said, \u201cMake sure you leave this site before 5pm today.\u201d Brethren, by that evening, chaos erupted. A tanker carrying fuel fell on the road. Heavy traffic trapped lot of vehicles and over 56 vehicle went up in flames. 56! POINT 3: YOU MUST DISCERN THE TIME OF YOUR VISITATION<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Luke 19:44 says, \u201c\u2026because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation<\/em>.\u201d Let me also say this clearly \u2014 the WhatsApp platform<\/em> we operate as a ministry is not ordinary. You may see just messages and voice notes, but in the spirit, it is a prophetic gate<\/em>. \u201cBelieve in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSurely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Sons and Daughters, I came today not just to preach, but to warn, to stir, and to awaken you.
There is a kind of future that will never happen\u2014until you respond correctly to a prophetic instruction<\/em>. Destiny is not only about desire\u2014it is about discernment. And it is not just prophecy that changes a person\u2019s life\u2026 It is what they do<\/em> when prophecy comes.
Let me tell you a story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the time of this prophecy, that space was already occupied by another tenant. Yet, I prophesied. No evidence. No signs. But I spoke as I was led.
Another time, my eyes caught the building adjacent to the spa. And I told him again, \u201cThis building will be sold. You will have the opportunity to buy it.\u201d
Now hear this: Recently, I ran into the spa owner after a long time. His face lit up the moment he saw me. With joy, he said, \u201cSir, I never forgot those words you spoke.\u201d<\/em>
That spa now occupies not just the front flat, but also the very back flat you prayed over. It became ours\u2014and business is booming. He now houses his staff there too.
But then he sighed.
He said, \u201cSir, that other building\u2026 it was sold just as you said. But I didn\u2019t know until it had been sold for a meagre amount. I missed it. It pained me. The vulcanizer working there didn’t tell me until it had been sold.
And right there, the Holy Spirit whispered to me: Prophecies come to pass, but only obedient people possess them. He simply wasn’t on look out, hence he missed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amos 3:7 says, \u201cSurely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret to His servants the prophets<\/em> .\u201d But the revealing is only one part. What you do after the revealing determines your result.
And let me be clear\u2014 it\u2019s not just obedience that brings results. It is faith-powered obedience<\/em> .
Hebrews 4:2 says, \u201c\u2026<\/em>but the word did not profit them, not being mixed with faith.* \u201d
That means you can hear a real prophecy, from a real prophet, and still see nothing\u2014 because you didn\u2019t believe<\/em>.
Prophecy must land on the soil of faith. Your heart must say, \u201cLord, I believe this is You.\u201d
Faith is what gives wings to the word<\/em>. Without it, the word walks\u2014but with it, the word flies.
That spa owner responded to the first prophecy with faith and action\u2014and look what happened. But he missed the timing on the second\u2014and that door closed. Prophecy doesn\u2019t wait forever. There are windows in destiny\u2014and they don\u2019t stay open forever.
Someone in our ministry made up his mind not to pay tithe. He paid twice or so but after that, the tithe look big in his eyes. I was in my room when God showed me what was in his heart. I couldn’t call him because I was very careful of money related matters, so I told two of our Pastors that see what God said. God was about giving him a visa to Europe but his disobedience was about stopping it. I felt uneasy to tell him because I didn’t want to be misunderstood but eventually other Pastors said I should tell him what God said. As I told him, he breathed down and was shocked that I knew what he thought in his heart in his house. He said “Governor, you were right, I had determined in my heart because the tithe looks big in my eyes and I felt I have other things to do with money. He paid the tithe and the visa he had been looking for, for many years for the first time got approved miraculously and today he is in Europe. He almost missed it.
And again, when he got to Europe, same problem arose in his heart -the tithe also looked big, so he quickly disconnected. Looool.
And few days ago, the Lord told me his situation over there which was also hanging on obedience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some years back, I went toward Lagos-Ibadan expressway to inspect a project. As I proceeded on my journey, my spirit became uneasy. Something wasn\u2019t right. And immediately, I knew it. I called one of my close friends working with an organisation on the same road and asked him “when are you closing today” . He answered me but i gave him time he should close with a clear instruction. ” – Leave that road before evening<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He hesitated.
I didn\u2019t argue. I walked him straight to the Chief Security Officer on site and said, \u201cMake sure this man leaves. I\u2019m not just advising\u2014I\u2019m instructing.\u201d I saw death on this road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But guess what? The two people I warned escaped. Because they obeyed<\/em>.
Now imagine if they had doubted. If they had delayed. If they had said, \u201cThis doesn\u2019t make sense.\u201d They would have died in the fire of unbelief.
Obedience is not just about agreement; it is about urgency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many are living under fulfilled prophecies but unclaimed promises. The word came\u2014but they missed their moment.
Brethren, some of you are surrounded by your next miracle, but it looks ordinary. It\u2019s hidden behind a wall. It\u2019s in a casual handshake. It\u2019s in a location that doesn\u2019t look like expansion. But if you can discern it\u2026 if you can act on it\u2026 your life will turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God wrote the Ten Commandments on stones<\/em> with His own finger, and today He still speaks\u2014through teachings, writings, and even prophetic declarations on platforms like this.
So when a word drops, don\u2019t scroll past it\u2014catch it. Don\u2019t commonize it\u2014honor it<\/em>. Someone\u2019s long-awaited breakthrough can be birthed from a single instruction shared on this altar.
The prophetic is not always dramatic. It may come through a post, a prayer, a voice note. But if you\u2019ll move with the word, the Word will move your world<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some of you are established but not prospering\u2014because you only believe God, not His mouthpiece.
Prophets are not ordinary men<\/em>. They don\u2019t just carry messages\u2014they carry mantles.
They see what others don\u2019t. They speak what others fear.
You don\u2019t treat fire like furniture\u2014and you don\u2019t handle prophets like peers.
To dishonor a prophet is to disqualify yourself from the prosperity of the prophetic.
When God wants to save your business, your family, your very life\u2014He sends a word. The future doesn\u2019t just happen. It is prophesied and responded to<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The wall I laid hands on was not empty. It was already occupied. But now that space belongs to the spa. Why? Because prophecy doesn\u2019t care who is currently there\u2014it looks for who will believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I speak over you now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

When prophecy meets obedience, miracles explode.
When prophecy is met with delay, destiny detours.
When prophecy is ignored, opportunity dies.
But when prophecy is met with faith and action\u2014 the future is born<\/em>.

I will not just shout \u201cAmen.\u201d I will believe. I will act. I will move.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
