“When he came to his senses, he said, \u2018How many of my father\u2019s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death!\u2019”<\/em><\/p>\n Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n There is a wealth that cannot be accessed by hustle. The story of the prodigal son is not just a tale of repentance; it is a revelation of restoration. It is a spiritual mirror showing us two realities: the life of abundance that is ours in Christ, and the life of struggle that persists when understanding is absent. Point 1: Covenant Heritage Without Covenant Understanding Equals Frustration.<\/strong><\/p>\n You can be a son and still suffer like a slave. Point 2: You Can’t Access What You Don\u2019t Understand.<\/strong><\/p>\n You can\u2019t withdraw $5 million from an account you don\u2019t know exists \u2014 even if your name is on it. Point 3: Jacob \u2013 From Exploitation to Revelation.<\/strong><\/p>\n Let\u2019s look at Jacob. A man deceived over and over by his 419 uncle, Laban. Despite working hard, his life was full of delays. Point 4: Covenant Understanding Unlocks Covenant Practices.<\/strong><\/p>\n Until you understand the why of a thing, you will struggle with the what. Here mortal men receive tithes, but there he receives them, of whom it is witnessed that he lives.”\u2014 Hebrews 7:8 (NKJV)<\/p>\n Point 5: Revelation is Accessed by Intentional Pursuit.<\/strong><\/p>\n That moment when the prodigal son came to his senses wasn\u2019t accidental. It was spiritual hunger at work. He was driven to reflection. But in our time, we don\u2019t only reflect \u2014 we press in through:<\/p>\n \u2022 The Word \u2013 \u201cThe entrance of Your word gives light.\u201d (Psalm 119:130)<\/p>\n \u2022 Prayer \u2013 \u201cCall unto Me and I will answer you…\u201d (Jeremiah 33:3)<\/p>\n \u2022 Fasting \u2013 A weapon of alignment and clarity.<\/p>\n \u2022 Obedience to Prophetic Instructions \u2013 \u201cBelieve in the Lord your God and you shall be established; believe His prophets and you shall prosper.\u201d (2 Chronicles 20:20).<\/p>\n Understanding is not just intellectual; it is spiritual positioning.<\/p>\n Prophetic Charge:<\/strong><\/p>\n I prophesy to someone: This is the month to contend for light \u2014 because Covenant Wealth begins where Covenant Understanding is born.<\/p>\n Conclusion: Kings Don\u2019t Live Like Paupers<\/strong><\/p>\n The prodigal son said to himself: _This is Kings Teem. We reign as KINGS, not as beggars._<\/p>\n You are a covenant child. \nThere is a provision that doesn\u2019t answer to connection.
\nThere is a dimension of prosperity reserved only for those who understand the Covenant.<\/p>\n
\nThe bridge between these two realities is not effort, location, or intention \u2014 *it is UNDERSTANDING.*<\/p>\n
\nYou can be an heir and still live like a beggar.
\nThe prodigal son had a heritage, but he lacked understanding. He was rich by position, but poor by perception.
\nUntil he came to himself \u2014 a prophetic phase \u2014 his pain increased. The turning point was not when he ran out of money. It was not when he ate with pigs. It was when he remembered who he was.
\nHe asked, \u201cHow many of my father\u2019s hired servants have food to spare?\u201d That\u2019s not just a question. It was a download of revelation.
\nThis was no ordinary reflection. This was an awakening \u2014 a Covenant Understanding that shifted his destiny.<\/p>\n
\nLikewise, many children of God die in lack, not because they lack inheritance, but because they lack Covenant Light.
\nWe are not poor because God is unfaithful.
\nWe are not stranded because heaven is bankrupt.
\nWe are stuck because we don\u2019t understand what has been made available.
\nUntil the prodigal son understood his roots, his struggles multiplied. But when his mind was illuminated, his direction changed. He moved from starvation to restoration.<\/p>\n
\nBut one day, Jacob received Covenant Revelation through a dream (Genesis 31:10\u201312). In that dream, God gave him insight into divine multiplication through spotted animals. What years of sweat couldn\u2019t give him, one revelation did.
\nHe outsmarted his oppressor by divine light \u2014 not human might.
\nRevelation is superior to hard labor.
\nUnderstanding is what shifts a man from survival to significance.<\/p>\n
\nWhy do many believers struggle with tithing, giving to the poor, or sowing seeds? Because without understanding, spiritual instructions become burdens.
\nSome say, \u201cI will give when I have more.\u201d But giving is not about volume; it\u2019s about faith. God is not impressed by how much you give \u2014 He owns the heavens and the earth already. What moves Him is how much you believe.
\nYou don\u2019t give to help God. You give to unlock Covenant Channels which is capable of dealing with every forces who are hell bent in keeping you down from living your true wealthy identity. Without Covenant Understanding, Covenant Practices becomes a burden. Years back, I prophesied to a young man that he would get a job in shell. He was faithfully coming for our programs and I kept assuring him, the prophesy will come to pass. Eventually, the shell job came but he became sad when he calculated the amount he would be paying as tithe. The one-tenth was too big in his eyes and that was how he ran away. Laughs. He ran even when nobody put any pressure on him for anything. He lacked Covenant Understanding. He couldn’t understand the mystery that even though you gave the tithe here, it is being received in heaven.<\/p>\n
\nYou will no longer live below your inheritance!
\nEvery struggle born out of ignorance is terminated now!
\nYou will rise with understanding.
\nYou will walk in revelation.
\nYou will reign by Covenant Light!<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI am a King, why die a pauper?\u201d<\/p>\n
